Hi! I’m Haddy Falkman. I’m a recent college graduate with a degree in biology and a minor in psychology, I've always been passionate about sports and fitness, playing Division III collegiate soccer and maintaining a lifelong active lifestyle. While my focus had always been on athletic performance and physical fitness, I recently experienced a shift in perspective regarding my overall health and well-being.

After struggling with issues such as brain fog, low energy, chronic bloating, persistent acne, depression, body dysmorphia, and so much more, I knew I needed to take charge of my health and wellness. My journey began with eliminating gluten from my diet, which led to notable improvements in my mood, energy levels, skin, and digestive health. From there, I transitioned to a diet rich in whole, nutrient-dense foods and minimized my intake of processed foods. This shift brought remarkable benefits to my mental clarity and overall well-being.

But, it’s so much more than just diet. There’s an inextricably linked relationship between holistic health and medicine. I’ve started to incorporate practices such as hot and cold therapy, meditation, hydration, morning and night regimens, and daily walks into my routine which has further enhanced my holistic health journey. These small changes have transformed my approach to health, emphasizing the importance of nurturing my body and mind as interconnected aspects. I’m still only beginning to learn everything about wellness and health. My goal is to provide free and quality information that can help you and your journey into this approach of life. Welcome!
