Blog Eight: Nonnegotiable’s
In order to stay on track with proper nutrition and fitness goals, I. have a couple nonnegotiables. I don’t do these every day but I try to incorporate the ones I feel I need and would benefit from. These can all look different at different seasons of your life so change them as you need! I think all of the nonnegotiable’s I have and practice help me feel my best and show up as the best version of myself. I enjoy these activities and I know my body benefits from them!!!!!
Waking up early for my own me time, journaling, drinking warm lemon water and greens, staying on track with protein intake throughout the week, scheduling workouts into my calendar, taking proper rest days, buying food/prepping food that makes me full and satisfied, moving my body, taking a cold shower, staying hydrated, stretching, reading, practicing gratitude and praying, getting outside!
Play around with different routines and don’t be afraid to try new ones and remove old ones! You only grow if you change!!
